CFM Endurance Week 3 Day 2

Track Tuesday was pretty INTENSE this week.  There were some EPIC battles at the front – just as it should be!  Great effort everyone! And thanks to Tina for even bringing a cheering section! Today there is an unforseen schedule change which I must apologize but instead of meeting at 5:30PM at Crossfit Mesa I am moving it to 7:00PM at the TRACK again (WAHOO everyones favorite)!  We are running timed intervals:
WOD:

  • Warmup
    (800M)
  • Bleachers
  • Running drills (3X100 increasing)
  • 30 seconds on 20 seconds off
